Terms & Conditions
The client is not permitted to use commission artwork for NFT.
By commissioning, the client is purchasing my labor only. I retain all rights to the commission artwork.
I reserve the right to stop work on a commission or cancel a commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or a breach of these Terms of Service.
Refunds may only be issued if the client notifies me before I send the rough sketch. No refunds will be issued after I send the rough sketch.
