Terms of Service

1. General Terms- By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed below.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request without explanation.
- All communication and agreements should be clearly discussed before payment.2. Payment- Full or partial payment must be made upfront before I begin working.
- Payments are non-refundable once I have sent the final result.
- Accepted payment methods will be agreed upon beforehand.3. Process & Revisions- I will provide progress updates (sketch/WIP) when applicable.
- Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch stage.
- Major revisions or changes after approval may incur additional fees.4. Turnaround Time- Completion time depends on complexity and queue.
- Delays may occur due to personal reasons, but I will inform you if so.5. Client Responsibilities- The client must provide clear references and instructions.
- Any important details must be communicated before I begin.6. Copyright & Usage-I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork unless otherwise agreed.
- I reserve the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and social media.7. Personal Use (Non-Commercial)- Commissioned artwork for personal use must not be used for commercial purposes.
* This includes selling, printing for profit, merchandising, NFTs, or any monetized use.8. Commercial Use (If Applicable)- Commercial rights must be discussed and purchased separately.
- Additional fees will apply for any commercial usage license.9. AI Usage Prohibition- The client is strictly prohibited from using the commissioned artwork in any AI-related activity.
- This includes, but is not limited to:* Training AI models
* Uploading to AI generators
* Using the artwork as prompts or datasets
* The artwork must not be modified, replicated, or redistributed through AI tools.10. Cancellation & Refunds- The client may cancel before work begins for a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued once the result delivered.11. Artist RightsI reserve the right to:- Refuse or cancel a commission at any time
- Use the artwork for promotional purposes
- Adjust pricing and terms when necessary12. AgreementBy commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
